Jerry

Chairman of the Board of Directors
Jerry is the Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Board of Community Bank of Northern Wisconsin (CBNWI). He succeeded to this position in January of 2011, after having served as President of Brill State Bank/CBNWI since 1994.
Jerry has a Bachelor of Science Degree. His banking career began in 1976 as a loan officer. In 1978 he attained the position of bank President of Owen-Curtiss State Bank and held it for 17 years, when he transitioned to his role at Brill State Bank/CBNWI.
Dwight
President, CFO

Dwight is the President, CFO and a Board Member of Community Bank of Northern Wisconsin (CBNWI). He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Dwight has been in the banking industry since 1983 and has carried many torches through the years including Internal Auditor, Controller, Senior Lender and Executive Vice President. He joined the CBNWI team in 2008 as the Senior Lender and in January 2011 became the President.
Ernie

Ernie has more than three decades of experience in the banking industry. He has a degree in finance and accounting. Ernie is also a licensed real estate and insurance agent. In the mid-70’s he began his career as an insurance agent. Since then he has worked with several banks and insurance agencies.
Ernie is currently Senior Vice President of Community Bank of Northern Wisconsin (CBNWI) and a member of the Board of Directors. He works out of the Ladysmith office, as he has since its opening in 2003.
Al
Member of the Board of Directors
Al has been a member of CBNWI’s Board of Directors since 2008. Al has more than two decades of Banking Management experience.
Robert
Member of the Board of Directors
Robert Gerber has been on the Board of Directors for Community Bank of Northern Wisconsin (CBNWI) since 2003. He received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and then a law degree in 1988. He practiced law in a financial setting from 1988-1998 for several banks.
Nora
Member of the Board of Directors
Nora has been on the Board of Directors of CBNWI since 1995. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in English and minors in History and French.
Carl
Member of the Board of Directors
Carl has been a member of the CBNWI Board of Directors since 1994. He has a Bachelor of Science, a Masters Degree and a PhD. He did a two year enlistment with the United States Navy. He then spent three years teaching and coaching, six years as a superintendent of schools and 24 years as a college president.
