Melanie
BSA Officer/Personal Banker
Melanie began her banking career in 1979, working as a bank teller in Bruce, Wisconsin. Melanie worked until 2000 performing teller and bookkeeping duties. In 2000, Melanie began working for Mount Senario College, in Ladysmith, Wisconsin as Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Academic Affairs, later advancing into the role of Assistant to the President. In 2003, with the opening of the Ladysmith branch of Community Bank of Northern Wisconsin, she resumed her career in banking, performing teller and bookkeeping functions. Today Melanie is the BSA Officer and a Personal Banker at the Ladysmith branch of CBNWI.
Wendy
Assistant Head Teller
Wendy is the Assistant Head Teller for the Ladysmith Branch of Community Bank of Northern Wisconsin. She joined CBNWI in 2007 when she was hired as a teller.
Ernie

Ernie has more than three decades of experience in the banking industry. He has a degree in finance and accounting. Ernie is also a licensed real estate and insurance agent. In the mid-70’s he began his career as an insurance agent. Since then he has worked with several banks and insurance agencies.
Ernie is currently Senior Vice President of Community Bank of Northern Wisconsin (CBNWI) and a member of the Board of Directors. He works out of the Ladysmith office, as he has since its opening in 2003.
