Sandie is a Personal Banker at the Rice Lake office of CBNWI. Sandie earned her Associates Degree in Finance. In 1997, Sandie was hired as a teller at Brill State Bank (CBNWI). She worked at Brill State Bank for six years as a teller, proof operator, assistant cashier and loan secretary.
Sandie’s family relocated in 2002. There, she was a Personal Banker for three years when she and her family decided to return to the area. Upon returning, she worked for four years in customer service. Sandie accepted employment with Community Bank of Northern Wisconsin as a Loan Assistant in August 2010 and a year later was promoted to Personal Banker.

Scott is the Mortgage Lender at CBNWI. He has ten years of experience in the financial industry as a Real Estate Lender. In that time, he has worked with other area financial institutions before his move to Community Bank of Northern Wisconsin in April 2012. Scott received his degree in Business Finance.
Julie
IT / IS Officer , Personal Banker
Julie was hired by Brill State Bank (CBNWI) as Loan Secretary and Teller in 2003. Julie is currently a Personal Banker as well as the IT/IS Officer monitoring the Online Banking. Julie looks forward to meeting and assisting many of the existing customers as well as welcoming new customers to the Community Banking environment.
Rebecca

Rebecca joined Community Bank of Northern Wisconsin in February 2012 as the Assistant Head Teller of the Rice Lake branch. In 2005, Becky began her career in banking. Since then, she has held a variety of positions within the banking industry including teller, bookkeeping, customer service and loan processor.

Credit Analyst
Dean is the Credit Analyst for Community Bank of Northern Wisconsin. He has a bachelor degree in Business and Marketing Education with a minor in Management. He feels fortunate to be back in the area where he grew up and is looking forward to his future with CBNWI as it continues to grow.
Donna
Vice President of Operations
Human Resources
Donna was still in high school and living on the family farm when she began working at Brill State Bank (CBNWI) in 1978. She worked part time as a secretary, filing checks and preparing statements, then came on full time when she graduated.
Donna held the Head Bookkeeper position for 15 years and in 1995 became the Cashier of the bank. Today she still holds that position along with Vice President of Operations and Human Resources.
Amy

Internal Audit
Amy is the Vice President, Controller and Internal Auditor at CBNWI. She has an Associate’s Degree in Finance. She began her banking career in November 1994 as a teller at the newly opened Rice Lake branch of Brill State Bank. Early in 1995, she transferred to the Brill office where she was the Assistant Cashier and primary bookkeeper. Amy began working in the loan department, in addition to her bookkeeping responsibilities. This led to her 9 year position as loan secretary.
In 2005, Amy was given the added responsibility of internal auditor where she performed various compliance related audits for our loan and deposit departments for all of our offices. She was promoted to Vice President/Controller of the bank in 2010. Amy oversees the Internal Audit department and coordinates audits with external auditors and examiners.
Jerry

Chairman of the Board of Directors
Jerry is the Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Board of Community Bank of Northern Wisconsin (CBNWI). He succeeded to this position in January of 2011, after having served as President of Brill State Bank/CBNWI since 1994.
Jerry has a Bachelor of Science Degree. His banking career began in 1976 as a loan officer. In 1978 he attained the position of bank President of Owen-Curtiss State Bank and held it for 17 years, when he transitioned to his role at Brill State Bank/CBNWI.
